Our Corporate teams work with a variety of businesses including multi-national organisations in the management of both supplier and customer commercial contract estates.

We have particular experience in undertaking large scale projects in the review of contracts relating to the provision of software, I.T. support, telecommunications services as well as the supply of hardware and other goods.

Contract Review

There can be many reasons why our clients chose to undertake a contract review, whether on a large-scale or individual basis, from complying with regulatory requirements imposed by regulators such as the Prudential Regulation Authority in the UK or the U.S Securities and Exchange Commission, to giving the relevant account or contract managers the tools to optimise the performance of suppliers, manage costs or improve profitability, or simply to have a greater understanding of key deliverables and obligations and risks to the client. 

Some organisations might be driven by an intention to re-negotiate contracts whilst others might be looking to terminate agreements which are no longer fit for purpose or where there has been a breach of its terms by a counterparty.

Contract Management and Optimisation

Our service is tailored to a client’s specific needs or concerns but typically our Corporate teams work together to provide organisations with the tools to record key information about contracts to assist in overseeing their performance and help track the delivery of services and service levels both in the case of procurement and customer engagement.

The analysis that we undertake allows organisations to analyse their contract estate and create records of key obligations which assist in the day-to-day management of suppliers and contractors and can help to influence the development of the commercial relationship in the longer term. As part of this process, we can also provide organisations with in-house support to monitor their contractual obligations.
