We have a strong presence in the community, supporting local events and providing careers guidance and opportunities to local schools
We have an extensive programme which focusses on our wellbeing of staff and this culture extends to our fundraising strategy. We have a dedicated charity committee and we have a charity of the year which is nominated by staff and has a personal connection. Staff are encouraged to fundraise both through our organised events but also with our Volunteering for Charity days
