Our Promise to You
Our aim is to exceed your expectations – we are passionate about providing you with the very best service together with delivering the highest quality legal advice.
If you choose to instruct us, then our priority is you and we are confident that you will feel listened to, appreciated and well informed throughout our instruction.
We are accredited by the Law Society Lexcel quality standard which is only awarded to firms who deliver excellent practice management and client care. We were first awarded this accreditation in 2003, and we have continued to achieve annual reaccreditation which involves independent reassessment.
You can read more about the Lexcel quality standard here.
We pride ourselves on building strong and close relationships with our clients. These are built on mutual trust and understanding which leads many of our clients to instruct us again when they need legal services. In fact, 93% of our clients would recommend our services to others.
What further sets us apart from other firms is that we have a dedicated Client Care Team who you are able to contact throughout the duration of your matter to support your journey.
The Team is always on hand and eager to receive both negative and positive comments in order to ensure that we are providing you with the best service. Should you need to contact them you will find that they are friendly, approachable and interested in your concerns.
When You Instruct Us
When you instruct us you will receive a personalised Client Care letter confirming the specifics of our instruction, details of who will be carrying out the work and our costs. The letter will also enclose a copy of the following documents:
