James heads the Corporate and Commercial Team across Nockolds’ two offices in London and Bishop’s Stortford.
The Team regularly acts for clients in mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-structuring, re-financing and in a wide variety of commercial matters to include contract review and advisory services to include drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, supply or other trading agreements.
In a space where clients’ needs often arise urgently and on short notice, Nockolds’ Corporate and Commercial Team is agile and can respond quickly and in a flexible way to ensure those needs are met.
On the corporate side, James’ own work encompasses acting in mergers and acquisitions in varying industries including professional and financial services and with a niche in food retail, dealing with company and other corporate restructuring and re-organisations.
On the commercial side James provides differing forms of commercial and contract advisory services to a range of clients of varying sizes.
