Onboarding New Employees

Onboarding processes to integrate new starters into the business

Onboarding new employees into a business can be time consuming.  Business’ spend a massive amount of time selecting the appropriate candidates during the recruitment process, so when the next challenge is to coordinate the offer and obtain personal details, these next time consuming (albeit important) tasks add to the complications.

At Nockolds HR we work with SME’s and larger organisation’s supporting them with onboarding new staff into their business.

Our HR Consultants can provide support via our on-demand service (pay as you go) at any stage of the new starter process, including:

  • Interview support – assessments, interview questions, job descriptions
  • Psychometric testing – to compliment your recruitment process
  • Employment background screening - pre-employment screening including right to work in UK and employment references
  • New starter documentation – offer letter, contract and forms (new starter form, occupational health questionnaire, working time directive opt out, privacy notice, diversity monitoring)
  • Probation management – probation period forms, HR advice, induction processes

All of these processes and documents can be tailored to your businesses branding.
