Senior HR Consultant

Kimberley is an experienced Senior HR Consultant and heads up our Nockolds HR team. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD) with over 16 years professional HR experience working across numerous industries on both an in-house and consultancy basis including media, retail, healthcare and social housing. Her wealth of experience means that Kimberley is skilled at working with clients from different industries and of varying sizes in a true HR business partnering relationship. Kimberley prides herself on being conscientious, dependable and creative; working with business leaders to develop effective people solutions, enhance workforce performance, and nurture talent and culture to achieve organisational strategies.

Kimberley has vast experience in carrying out consultations and HR due diligence reviews in commercial transactions (including share purchases, asset purchases, and franchise partnerships). She is additionally practiced in supporting clients in the development and implementation of strategic HR projects including succession planning, reward and pay strategies, psychometric profiling and appraisal reviews up to senior management and board level.

Kimberley holds a Psychology Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kent, and is a certified psychometric tester specialising in SHL and Hogan. She has attended further courses in CIPD career coaching and mediation skills.

Kim writes regular blogs and social media posts on topical HR matters. She has been featured in and written articles for well-known HR publications including HR Magazine and The HR Director.

  • Advising a Stansted-based food and beverage company on the acquisition of a franchise launch partnership
  • A full HR infrastructure audit and recommendations report for a London based public affairs company
  • Reward and pay benchmarking research and recommendations report for an international technology company with head offices in New Zealand
