• If your business (or HR resource) needs more specialist HR advice – our team of qualified HR consultants and legal professionals can provide expert advice
• To run a specialist or strategic project on behalf of your business

As part of our Pay as you go HR options, we also  offer the following services:

1. HR toolkits -  Our HR DIY toolkits provide a range of policies, letters, processes, meeting scripts for you to manage your own HR processes
2. Training workshops for HR and Line managers - Tailored training workshops for line managers and junior HR professionals
3. Onboarding support - Our HR consultants can pick up all or part of your new starter onboarding process, including Right to Work checks, employment reference, DBS, inductions, probations and new starter documentation.
4. Onsite HR support - Our HR consultants can work with you on-site to attend a disciplinary hearing, conduct investigations or provide coaching.
