Nockolds Retains Lexcel and Customer Service Excellence Accreditations

Nockolds is delighted to announce that it has retained its Lexcel Legal Practice Quality Mark and Customer Service Excellence Award. 2022 marks the 19th year that Nockolds has achieved Lexcel, the Law Society accreditation indicating quality in relation to legal practice management standards in particular, in client care, risk management and file case management.

Following a thorough assessment and audit of a selection of matters, in addition to interviews with staff members the independent assessor for Lexcel and CSE commented, “It is crystal clear… that compliance remains a deeply embedded part of the culture and, in Lexcel terms, [Nockolds] remains a clear “Centre of Excellence”. The Practice should continue to be highly commended for the very high standards of file management which was evidenced across the vast majority of [it’s lawyers] – the standards of most remain “immaculate”’.

Nockolds has also retained  its Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Award for the 4th consecutive year. This certification recognises and assesses the key important areas surrounding an organisation’s level of customer service.

Since becoming fully compliant with the CSE Standard in 2019, Nockolds went further this year and was proud to secure 10 Compliance Plus awards which demonstrates the Firm’s commitment to deliver a truly customer focused service.

The independent assessor went on to say: “It was clear from the assessment process that, despite continual change, and ever-increasing competition within the legal profession, Nockolds Solicitors Limited, comfortably achieved the high standards necessary to be accredited against the Customer Service Excellence Standard”.
