Nockolds Proudly Maintains Lexcel and Customer Service Excellence Accreditations

Nockolds is delighted to announce that we have retained the Lexcel Legal Practice Quality Mark and Customer Service Excellence Standard (CSE) following independent assessments held last month.

2023 marks the 20th year that Nockolds has achieved the Lexcel Quality Mark which is an accreditation awarded by the Law Society to those law firms that deliver the very highest levels of service to clients and display exemplary standards of regulatory compliance and practice management. Having undertaken the assessment, the independent assessor concluded that Nockolds is “a clear ‘Centre of Excellence’” in the legal profession.

We are also proud to have retained our Customer Service Excellence (Award) for the 5th consecutive year. The CSE Standard is a national quality mark that seeks to recognise organisations who have a true customer-focused culture.

Following a thorough CSE assessment and a rigorous audit of client matters, the independent assessor commented: ‘It remains very clear… that, despite continual change, and ever increasing competition within the legal profession, Nockolds Solicitors Limited, comfortably continue to achieve the high standards necessary to be reaccredited against the Customer Service Excellence Standard’

In addition to being awarded the CSE Standard, we have also secured 10 Compliance Plus marks for Customer Service Excellence acknowledging the very highest levels of client service provided.
