Following the Prime Minister’s announcement regarding the national lockdown, it has never been more important to keep in contact and we wanted to assure you that we will continue to be fully operational and remain committed to providing the highest level of service in these current difficult circumstances.
In light of yesterday’s (4 January 2021) announcement, we have taken the decision to close our offices to the general public with immediate effect. If you need to visit our offices or arrange for documents to be signed or witnessed this can be done by appointment only. Please be assured that our offices will remain COVID-secure and yours and our staff’s safety is our top priority.
If you need to leave documents with us, please use our letter box at our Bishop’s Stortford office and then call our Reception Team who will confirm receipt. ID can be verified remotely so please contact us to arrange this.
