Megan is a Principal Associate in the Commercial Property team at Nockolds and excels in providing a full spectrum of commercial property expertise on large and medium-sized corporate transactions, working closely with our Corporate and Employment teams to deliver commercially sound, solution-driven advice on both acquisitions and disposals.
Megan frequently leads on the commercial property elements of high-value share and asset purchase and disposal transactions. Her experience most notably includes advising on a multi-million-pound acquisition by a leading national franchisee involving assets including over 60 leasehold properties, and the multi-million pound acquisition of a key strategic European target by a global technology and audio-visual integration company. Megan prides herself on her pragmatic approach and ability to manage technically demanding, complex transactions efficiently and with a clear focus on client objectives.
In addition to corporate support work, Megan acts for developers and landowners across the full lifecycle of residential and commercial development projects, from site acquisition through to disposal. Her expertise in this area spans conditional contracts, complex option and overage arrangements, infrastructure agreements and disposals to statutory undertakers, as well as dealing with all aspects of occupational and investment leasing.
Megan also has extensive experience in dealing with secured lending and all elements of lease management for both landlords and tenants.
