Join us on Tuesday 14 May at our office in Bishop's Stortford, 9.30am – 10.30am when Nockolds will be offering a free seminar discussing "Health and Safety Law: Exercising Due Diligence in the Workplace".

Lucy Slatter will look at the laws governing health and safety, how those laws are enforced against both companies and directors and possible defences to action brought.

The Nockolds Business Hub is a series of seminars, which address a wide range of commercial legal issues to give you the opportunity to learn key concepts of the law that affect the running of a business, giving you the knowledge to help you navigate any legal challenges that come your way. This series of seminars are free and are held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, 9.30am - 10.30am at our offices in Bishop’s Stortford. Each presentation will be around 20 minutes long, followed with the opportunity to speak to our team of lawyers.
