Jayne joined Nockolds in 2002 and is the Head of our Risk and Compliance department. Jayne is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, and before joining the firm she previously worked for the Legal Services Commission and in private practice as a family law adviser and compliance specialist. Having worked in both large and small organisations, Jayne developed an interest in legal practice management and in particular, risk management and client care.
Jayne was instrumental in the firm’s attainment of the Law Society’s Lexcel accreditation and its continuing award. She has also guided the firm through the Investors in People and Customer Service Excellence accreditation process, and she remains committed to continuously improving the business for both clients and staff.
