Jayne Kendrick-Jones

Head of Client Care

Jayne joined Nockolds in 2002 and is the Head of our Client Care department. Jayne is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, and before joining the firm she previously worked for the Legal Services Commission and in private practice as a family law adviser and compliance specialist. Having worked in both large and small organisations, Jayne developed an interest in legal practice management and in particular, risk management and client care. 

Jayne deals with all aspects of client care and ensures that the firm is compliant with legal requirements and professional rules. She is happy to deal with enquiries from the public on any aspect of the firm’s procedures or client care. 

Jayne was instrumental in the firm’s attainment of the Law Society’s Lexcel accreditation and its continuing award. She has also guided the firm through the Investors in People accreditation process, and she remains committed to continuously improving the business for both clients and staff.
