Nockolds was delighted to advise Weston Homes Plc on their recent acquisition of an exciting new development of a former British Military site in Mindenhurst Village, Surrey.
Mathew Lutkin and Michael Talbot advised the Takeley based developer throughout the acquisition process.
The development comprises part of a wider scheme to deliver 1200 new homes to the area amongst other public amenities, and Weston Homes will undertake a restoration of the former Sergeants Mess into 33 private apartments, this will be coupled with a further 37 new build traditional houses. The scheme has been sensitively designed to protect the unique military heritage of the site.
