Mathew joined Nockolds in 2014 and is a Principal Associate in our Commercial Property Team. Before joining Nockolds, Mathew studied at the University of Winchester and went on to study his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School.
Mathew has experience in dealing with a broad range of commercial property matters including; acting for developers and landowners in relation to site acquisitions, disposal of land for residential and mixed-use schemes and varied transactions including conditional transactions, option agreements and promotion agreements. Mathew also deals with ancillary matters including infrastructure agreements, sales to registered providers of affordable housing as well as dealing with general sale and purchases of commercial properties.
Mathew welcomes instructions from a wide array of clients and provides practical advice in a straightforward manner to enable clients to make informed commercial decisions and achieve their aims supporting the progression and growth of their business.
