Nockolds has advised Cornelius Group PLC on the multi-million-euro sale of its polish subsidiary, Cornelius Polska z.o.o, to Eigenmann & Veronelli S.p.A, an international solutions provider in speciality chemicals and food ingredients. Completion took place on 21 January 2026 in Warsaw, Poland.
The transaction involved multiple jurisdictions including Poland and Italy with elements of English Law and marks an important step in strengthening the strategic partnership between Cornelius Group and Eigenmann & Veronelli.
Cornelius Group PLC is a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of raw material, ingredients and speciality chemicals with operations spanning the UK, Europe, Asia and the USA.
The Nockolds team which advised on the transaction was led by Partner, James Brunton and supported by Associate, Victoria Tchen.
