Bullying and Harassment

Gary Smith was instructed by a company in regard to a grievance and subsequent Employment Tribunal claim by an employee.

The employee raised allegations against senior managers of, amongst other things, bullying and harassment.

Gary advised the company’s directors throughout their investigation of the case which has been complicated by an impending liquidation of the company and possible TUPE transfer. Gary advised as to the tactics of dealing with the original grievance and the claim in light of these events.
