Karen joined Nockolds in 2015. Before joining the firm she graduated with a First Class degree in Law from the University of Westminster and went on to qualify as a solicitor in 2010.
Described in the Legal 500 (2019) as ‘pragmatic and knowledgeable
’, Karen undertakes all aspects of private family law and has particular experience in divorce and finances on divorce, pre and post-marital agreements, cohabitation, domestic violence and children matters. Karen has also handled many family matters for individuals with an acquired brain injury, and/or who lack capacity to manage their own affairs.
Karen adapts her approach and advice to each individual client’s circumstances, priorities and wishes, in order to achieve the best outcome as quickly and cost effectively as possible.
Karen is a member of Resolution, a nationwide network of family lawyers and other professionals who are committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes. She is a Resolution Accredited specialist in Complex Financial Remedies and Private Children Law.
