Awarded by the Law Society, Lexcel is the recognised quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and client care. Achieving and maintaining the standard demonstrates a firm’s commitment to delivering outstanding legal services, robust business management, and the highest levels of client care.
During the assessment, the independent Lexcel assessor commended Nockolds, stating:
“Overall, Nockolds appears to be a well-established and mature legal practice, combining traditional private client and property services with a wider commercial, employment, dispute resolution and specialist litigation offering. Its public-facing materials place particular emphasis on accessibility, client service, professional standards and the provision of tailored legal support to meet individual client needs.”
The assessment considered every aspect of the firm’s operations, including strategic planning, financial management, information management, people management, risk management, client care, and file and case management.
The results reflected Nockolds’ continued commitment to excellence. The firm was awarded 25 areas of Good Practice, highlighting where the firm has notably exceeded what the Lexcel Standard requires.
