Nockolds Solicitors is thrilled to once again be included in the Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies to Work For list, awarded position 34 out of 100 highly regarded small companies – the highest ranking law firm in this year’s list.
This achievement marks the sixth year that the firm has been included in the prestigious list which ranks exemplary companies for their commitments to workplace engagement.
The Best Companies b-Heard survey gathered the views of all 166 Nockolds employees alongside their ‘eight factors of workplace engagement’, which includes wellbeing, personal growth and leadership.

- 96% of staff feel proud to work for Nockolds
The survey has been specifically developed to help employers better understand today’s complex workplace issues and how they relate directly to their own organisation.
The firm was also awarded a three star rating by the Best Companies organisation – the highest rating possible – for demonstrating that it is an ‘exceptional place to work’.
