Nockolds Solicitors is delighted to announce that it has once again been awarded the We Invest in People, Gold Accreditation.
Formerly known as the Investors in People Gold standard, Nockolds sought re-assessment after having achieved the Gold accreditation in 2016. Since then, the firm has continued to grow and has further focused on engaging, training and investing in its 170+ staff across both offices, which has been instrumental in the firm’s continued success.
Nockolds joins only 16% of accredited organisations to achieve the Gold standard. Many of its staff have developed their roles whilst working for the firm with many having moved through the firm’s structure into management and leadership and/or professional roles.
Organisations that meet the world-recognised We Invest in People Accreditation reflect the very best in people management excellence. To achieve accreditation, organisations are assessed against a rigorous set of indicators, which has resulted in Nockolds having achieved the Gold Award.
