Nockolds is delighted to announce the appointment of James Griffiths who has joined the Nockolds team as a Commercial Property Partner in Bishop’s Stortford. James joins the firm from Ashtons Legal where he had been a Partner for 15 years, Head of Commercial Property since 2015, and latterly Head of Group for Property.
James joins a team of 30 others, one of the largest commercial property teams in East Anglia. The Nockolds Commercial Property team acts for a wide range of clients including regional house builders, airport related users, supermarkets, fast food franchisees and quarry owners. James brings to the team over 20 years’ experience from acting for SME’s, landowners, large and small corporates on property development, investment, finance and occupational requirements.
James is highly regarded in the East Anglia commercial property market having been recommended by the 2020 edition of the Legal 500 and named as a ‘Leading Individual’ and is a ‘Ranked Lawyer’ within Chambers and Partners’ 2020 legal directory.
