The Investors In People Accreditation is a world-recognised accreditation awarded to those organisations which reflect the very highest standards in people management excellence. To achieve the accreditation, organisations are assessed against a rigorous set of indicators which reflect the organisation’s values and culture and their engagement with employees.
Nockolds joins only 17% of accredited organisations to achieve the Gold Standard.
