Victoria joined Nockolds in 2026 and is an experienced Family Law solicitor known for her strategic approach, strong advocacy skills and commitment to client care.
Victoria has worked in family law since 2013. She began her legal career as a paralegal for two years before commencing her training contract, qualifying in 2017. Since 2021, she has been based in London, including at a top ranked firm in Lincoln’s Inn, where she developed significant expertise in complex and high‑value family matters.
Victoria advises on all aspects of family law, with particular expertise in complex divorce and financial settlements, including cases involving substantial assets, business interests, professional practices and pensions. She has experience advising on:
- Divorce and financial settlements, including complex and high-value financial remedy proceedings.
- Doctors’ and dentists’ divorces, including financial settlements involving dental practices, GP surgeries, care homes and other professional or business interests.
- Pensions on divorce, including NHS, police and other public sector pensions, as well as complex pension arrangements requiring specialist valuation and advice.
- Domestic abuse and coercive and controlling behaviour, supporting clients experiencing abusive behaviour with a sensitive, strategic and robust approach to protecting their interests.
- Legal fees and financial inequality, including successfully securing contributions towards the legal costs of the financially weaker party from the financially stronger party, helping clients pursue their cases where there is a significant disparity in financial resources.
- Private children law, including disputes concerning child arrangements.
- Cohabitation disputes, including issues arising from the breakdown of unmarried relationships.
- Same-sex family matters, providing tailored advice on the legal and financial issues arising in different family circumstances.
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, helping clients protect their financial interests and plan for the future.
- Financial disclosure and enforcement, including cases involving non-disclosure of assets, applications for third-party disclosure and freezing orders.
Victoria has undertaken specialist advocacy training and represents her clients in Court whenever possible, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a clear understanding of every aspect of the case.
She is passionate about widening access to justice and regularly volunteers at the Dads House Law Clinic in Fulham, providing free family law advice to mums and dads in need. She has been recognised on the Pro Bono Recognition List since its inauguration, reflecting her longstanding commitment to providing legal support to those who might otherwise struggle to access it.
Victoria also plays an active role within the profession. She has been a member of the Law Society’s Ethnic Solicitors Network Committee since 2021 and joined the Resolution EDI Committee in 2024. She is also a committed member of Resolution.
