Saagar joined Nockolds in September 2019 and is an Associate in our Commercial and Property Litigation Team.
Saagar studied LLB Law with Criminology at the University of Sheffield, graduating in 2018 and went on to achieve a Distinction on the LLM Legal Practice Course at BPP Holborn. Whilst studying for the LLB, Saagar was a student advisor at the FreeLaw Legal Clinic.
He is a co-founder of Neeti: Young Lawyers’ Association (UK) and a member of the Hindu Lawyers’ Association (HLA UK). He is also the Vice President of Shree Jain Sangh East London & Essex, a charity promoting the tenets of Jainism.
Saagar deals with a wide variety of property disputes including boundary disputes, claims of trespass and disputed rights of way. Saagar also deals with landlord and tenant disputes, including rent recovery, forfeiture and claims for possession.
Saagar deals with a broad spectrum of commercial disputes, in bringing and defending claims for, breach of contract, negligence, and misrepresentation.
