Michelle joined Nockolds in 2015 and is a Senior Plot Sales Executive in our Commercial Property Team. Before joining the firm Michelle gained experience of the property market at estate agents covering Hoddesdon, Hornchurch and Upminster.
Michelle is currently working towards obtaining her Licensed Conveyancer’s Practising Certificate, under the Council for Licenced Conveyancers (CLC), having completed the SQA Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law and Practice in July 2024.
Michelle specialises in acting for developers on sales of leasehold and freehold properties from reservation to post completion.
