Michael joined Nockolds in 2023 as Senior Associate in our Contentious Probate team.

Michael is a senior lawyer with many years’ experience in contested trusts and probate work. He is skilled at helping clients through this complex and difficult area of law whilst always remaining positive and realistic.

His experience within this area is broad and includes different forms of alternative dispute resolution including mediation and joint settlement meetings, burial disputes, caveats, warnings and appearances. He also has experience with claims under the Inheritance Act, disputes over the role of executors, administrators and trustees, disputes over the identity of the correct beneficiary or interpretation of a Will.
