Melissa Harrison is a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team. She advises individuals, companies and property investors on a broad range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Melissa provides clear, practical advice and takes the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances and objectives. She prides herself on being approachable and responsive, building strong relationships with clients and supporting them throughout every stage of their transaction.
Melissa studied for a Law Exempting Degree at Northumbria University before completing her training contract at a West End law firm in London. She first joined Nockolds in 2016 and spent six years practising in the Commercial Property team advising on a wide range of property transactions. After gaining further experience in commercial property, Melissa returned to Nockolds in 2026 and joined the Residential Property team, where she combines her broad property expertise with a client-focused approach to residential property matters.
