Mahza joined Nockolds in 2017 as a Senior Associate in our Residential Property and Real Estate Team.
At Nockolds, Mahza advises on a range of residential matters and her specialist areas include Sales and Purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity and Buy-To-Let Transactions.
Mahza graduated from Brunel University with an LLB in Law in 2003 and then attended The College of Law where she completed the Legal Practice Course in 2004.
She then went on to undertake a training contract in a boutique firm in North London where she gained invaluable knowledge in all areas of law, in particular residential conveyancing. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2006 and later worked for a firm in Hatton Garden from 2007 to 2014 where she specialised in residential and commercial conveyancing, insolvency and civil litigation and where she had the opportunity to conduct her own active case load and advocacy work.
In 2014 Mahza moved to a West End law firm, where she specialised residential and commercial property, acting for a number of well known financial institutions and high net worth individuals. She has a thorough knowledge of the Conveyancing Protocol, enjoys conducting legal research and always strives to get the best result for her clients.
Mahza prides herself in providing a personal service to her clients; placing emphasis on clear communication to help reassure that the transaction is of high priority.
