Katie joined Nockolds in 2017 and is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Wills, Probate, Tax and Trusts Department. Before working at Nockolds, Katie studied at Nottingham Trent University.
Katie works across both the Bishop’s Stortford and London offices. She advises on all aspects of private client work, including the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney, Deputyship applications, estate administration, trust creation and management, and tax planning.
Katie works closely with colleagues at Nockolds Lawyers Spain and regularly attends the Spanish office to meet with clients. She has experience acting for high-net-worth individuals and on matters involving cross-border issues.
Katie achieved a First Class in her Law Degree, a Distinction in her Master’s Degree and has passed all her exams from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioner (STEP) with an overall Distinction grade making her a Trust and Estate Practitioner.
Katie takes a proactive and approachable manner, ensuring complex legal matters are explained clearly and tailored to each client’s individual circumstances. Katie is committed to building strong, trusted relationships and delivering practical, client-focused advice.
