Jo Buck-Marshall is a Senior Associate in the Residential Property team. She has worked in residential property since 2012 and qualified as a solicitor in 2018. Having spent her legal career working predominantly across Hertfordshire and Essex, Jo has extensive knowledge of the local property market. She also grew up in Bishop’s Stortford, giving her valuable insight into the area as both a resident and a solicitor.
Jo advises on a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity. She acts for private individuals and companies and has experience handling more complex matters, including shared ownership, adverse possession claims, title reconstructions, equity release, retirement properties and bridging finance.
