Javier joined Nockolds in May 2016 and he is a dual qualified Spanish lawyer (abogado) and solicitor. He heads our International Team and works from our London office.
Javier specialises in matters with cross-border elements between Spain and the UK, advising clients on inheritance and wills, sales and purchases of residential and commercial property in Spain, general litigation and the registration of foreign judgements in the UK or in Spain, as well as dealing with their enforcement. Javier has also assisted many UK companies to set up their business in Spain.
