George joined Nockolds in 2017 and is a Senior Associate in our Commercial and Property Litigation Team.
George deals with a wide variety of commercial and property related disputes and has a particular interest in matters of professional negligence and is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association. George also deals with a broad spectrum of commercial disputes having advised businesses and consumers in bringing and defending claims for breach of contract, negligence and misrepresentation.
He is also a member of the Property Litigation Association and has experience in a wide variety of property disputes including adverse possession, trespass, boundary disputes, disputed rights of way and nuisance as well as dealing with all manner of landlord and tenant disputes, including rent recovery, claims for possession, and forfeiture.
He has been listed as a key lawyer in the Legal 500 (2020). One client states that he ‘is robust and astute in his advice and very good with clients’.
