Danielle joined Nockolds as a Paralegal in 2021 and is now an Associate in the Wills and Probate team, having completed her training with the firm, qualifying as a Solicitor in September 2026.
Prior to joining Nockolds, Danielle gained extensive experience as a Paralegal within a Private Client department. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in private client work, including the preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Inheritance Tax forms, as well as assisting with Court of Protection matters.
Danielle enjoys helping clients navigate what can often be sensitive or complex circumstances and takes the time to understand each client’s individual needs, family circumstances and objectives. Having worked within private client law throughout much of her legal career, Danielle has developed a personable and empathetic approach to her work. She understands that discussions surrounding Wills, estate planning and the loss of a loved one can sometimes feel daunting and aims to provide clear, practical advice in an approachable and reassuring manner.
Alongside working full-time and developing her practical legal experience, Danielle completed her undergraduate law degree and subsequently the Legal Practice Course before commencing her training contract with Nockolds.
During her training, she gained experience across a number of areas of law before returning to the Wills and Probate team, where she chose to continue developing her career following qualification.
In addition to her client work, Danielle is actively involved in the firm’s Charity Committee and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Team. She has a particular passion for supporting and promoting diversity within the legal profession and contributing to initiatives both within the firm and the wider community.
