The Investors in People accreditation is a globally recognised standard, awarded to organisations that demonstrate the highest levels of excellence in how they support, develop, and engage their people. Organisations are assessed against a rigorous framework that reflects their values, culture, and employee engagement practices.
We are especially proud to have received recognition in the We Invest in Wellbeing category for the first time. This standard centres on a proactive and engaging approach to enhancing the health and well-being of employees. It comprises three key indicators, focusing on the quality and safety of the workplace, how people feel about their work, and the culture they experience.
Nockolds joins only 25% of organisations that have achieved the prestigious Gold Standard in We Invest in People.
