We are pleased to announce that Nockolds has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 – a significant reflection of our continuous commitment to creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.
This recognition, awarded in partnership with WorkL, honours UK organisations that go above and beyond in fostering exceptional employee experiences, engagement, and wellbeing.
To earn this distinction, Nockolds participated in a thorough evaluation process including a comprehensive survey covering 26 questions and aligned with WorkL’s 6 engagement drivers. These focus on key areas such as recognition, information sharing, empowerment, pride, job satisfaction and employee well-being.
Key insights from the survey results include the following:
- 89% of staff feel confident in the firm’s management
- 90% of staff feel job satisfaction within their roles
- 88% of staff feel empowered in their roles
Darren Hayward, Managing Partner, commented: ‘We are extremely proud to have been again included in the Sunday Times Best Places To Work list. Our people are the heart of the organisation and it is our fundamental priority to recognise, appreciate and value all that they do and to create an inclusive ‘one firm’ culture. To have been included in the Sunday Times list is a testament to everyone here at Nockolds for their hard work, support and commitment to each other and our clients’.
