Nockolds Expands Commercial Property Team with Two New Associates

Nockolds is pleased to welcome two new Associates to our growing Commercial Property team, strengthening our expertise and client offering in this key area of practice.

Both Adam and Dylan bring a wealth of experience and insight to the firm, further strengthening our commitment to growing and expanding our offices. We’re excited to see the value and expertise they will contribute to the team.

Adam Dimmock trained at a medium-sized firm in Essex, where he gained broad experience across multiple practice areas. He advises a wide range of clients on matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, and property finance. His role involves drafting and negotiating contracts and leases, reviewing title documents, and carrying out due diligence to ensure transactions proceed smoothly.

Dylan Keenan is a Specialist Planning Solicitor with experience advising local planning authorities and private clients. He advises on planning applications, drafts and negotiates legal agreements, and provides advice on planning-related enquiries under key legislation, including the Highways Act 1980, the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991. Prior to joining us, he worked at Hertfordshire County Council in the Environment Law team where he also undertook work for district councils in Hertfordshire and Essex. Prior to that he spent a year with at the Ministry of Justice. Dylan brings a strong understanding of public sector processes and decision making and a detailed understanding of planning law from both a local authority and client perspective.
