Continuing Our Commitment to Excellence: Lexcel & CSE Awards Achieved Again

We are pleased to announce that Nockolds has once again retained both the Lexcel Legal Practice Quality Mark and the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Award.

Following a review earlier this year, we are delighted to confirm that 2025 marks the 22nd consecutive year that the firm has achieved the Lexcel accreditation. Awarded by the Law Society, Lexcel is the legal practice quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and client care.

This year’s assessor commended the firm, noting:

“Despite the current ongoing difficulties and challenges, the Practice should continue to be extremely highly commended for continuing to achieve an extremely high level of compliance against the Lexcel Standard.”

In addition, we are pleased to have retained the Customer Service Excellence Award for the 7th consecutive year. The CSE standard is a national quality mark that recognises organisations with a genuine culture of client focus and a commitment to continuous improvement.

As part of the assessment, Nockolds was awarded 11 Compliance Plus ratings, highlighting areas where the firm goes above and beyond standard requirements in delivering customer service. The assessor remarked “It remains clear, both from the document review and the on-site visit, that Nockolds Solicitors Ltd. Is an organisation that clearly understands the critical importance of customer service in achieving its strategic objectives.”
