Victoria joined Nockolds in 2025 and is an experienced Family Law solicitor known for her strategic approach, strong advocacy skills and commitment to client care.
Victoria has worked in family law since 2013. She began her legal career as a paralegal then went onto work in Essex and Hertfordshire for two years before commencing her training contract, qualifying in 2017. Since 2021, she has been based in London, including at a top ranked firm in Lincoln’s Inn, where she developed significant expertise in complex and high‑value family matters.
Victoria advises across the full breadth of family law, including:
- Divorce and financial settlements
- Domestic abuse
- Arrangements for children
- Cohabitation issues
- Same‑sex family matters
- Pre‑ and post‑nuptial agreements
- Divorces involving businesses and pensions (including public sector, police and NHS)
- Non‑disclosure and enforcement, including applications for third‑party disclosure and freezing orders
- Matters involving dental and GP practices, care homes and other specialist sectors
Victoria has undertaken specialist advocacy training and represents her clients in Court whenever possible, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a clear understanding of every aspect of the case. She is passionate about widening access to justice and regularly volunteers at the Dads House Law Clinic in Fulham, providing free family law advice to parents in need.
Victoria also plays an active role within the profession. She has been a member of the Law Society’s Ethnic Solicitors Network Committee since 2021 and joined the Resolution EDI Committee in 2024. She is also a committed member of Resolution.
