Nikki Ealey

Senior Associate

Nikki joined Nockolds in 2018 and is a Senior Associate in our Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Team.

In the Personal Injury and Medical Negligence Team, Nikki assists with the handling of serious and catastrophic brain and spinal injuries as well as assisting with Deputyship matters.

Nikki also manages claims with other serious or catastrophic injuries arising from various types of accidents including road traffic collisions, public liability, employer liability and medical negligence. Nikki handles complex and high value claims and testimonials from her clients and those she works with demonstrate her attention to detail and thorough approach to the claims she deals with.

Nikki has been named as an Associate to Watch in Chamber 2026 and a Recommended Lawyer in Legal 500 2026.

Nikki is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and within this organisation she has been the Joint Co-ordinator of the Junior Litigators’ Group where she spent two years organising and presenting seminars and discussions on a range of topics relevant to junior litigators in this area. Nikki was also appointed as a member of the steering group for the Future Leaders Community and then more recently has been appointed to sit on the Executive Committee for the organisation from May 2025. Her work within this organisation means she has published several articles in PI Focus.

Before joining the firm, Nikki studied Law at the University of Oxford. Nikki went on to do her LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law in London where she achieved a Distinction.
