Nicola joined Nockolds in February 2025 as a Senior Associate in the Commercial and Property Litigation Team. She specialises in contentious commercial and residential property matters, providing strategic advice tailored to her clients’ needs.
Her expertise in commercial property includes lease renewals under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, breaches of covenant, break notices and dilapidations. In relation to residential property, she handles possession claims, equitable interest disputes and service charge disputes. Nicola also advises on residential lease extensions and collective enfranchisement.
Nicola is committed to resolving disputes efficiently, often achieving favourable outcomes through negotiation without the need for litigation. She works closely with clients to find practical solutions that align with their goals.
Before joining Nockolds, Nicola worked in a specialist property litigation team, advising on a variety of complex disputes. She studied Biology and Geography at Keele University and completed her legal qualification and LPC at the College of Law London.
