Lawrence Sutton is a Paralegal in our Corporate and Commercial team. Prior to joining Nockolds, Lawrence gained experience working for a large international energy company, an established regional architectural engineering firm, and worked at a legal consultancy firm. This breadth of exposure has given him a strong understanding of how a wide range of clients operate.
In his role at Nockolds, Lawrence drafts and proofreads documents, manages Companies House filings, organises and maintains document management systems, handles post-completion matters, conducts legal research, creates precedent documents, and coordinates meetings and client care.
When working with clients, Lawrence believes that clear and consistent communication is essential to achieving a successful outcome. He strives to build open, strong dialogue with clients to fully understand their commercial aims, ensuring these are reflected in the end result.
Lawrence is currently completing his LPC with a Master’s degree and previously obtained his law degree from the University of the West of England.
