Katie Harris is an Associate Solicitor who specialises in employment law, advising employees and employers on a wide range of work-related issues.
She has experience advising on, preparing and negotiating Settlement Agreements for employees in all sectors. She provides clear and practical advice and reassurance to her clients.
She assists with complex discrimination and unfair dismissal cases, helping clients to navigate the Employment Tribunal process and providing invaluable support and advice.
Katie also has experience in drafting employment-related documentation including contracts of employment, staff handbooks and policies.
Katie prides herself on providing a friendly and professional service. She enjoys building a rapport with her clients and strives to achieve the best outcome for them.
Katie joined Nockolds in 2022 and is an Associate in the Employment Law Team. Prior to joining the firm, Katie graduated from the University of Exeter with a First-Class Honours in law. Katie is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
