Faisal is a Senior Associate in our Corporate & Commercial team.
Faisal has experience in advising clients on a whole spectrum of corporate finance and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-structuring, management buyouts, private equity, debt finance, acquisition finance, supply of services agreements, terms and conditions and distribution agreements.
Before joining the firm, Faisal studied Law at Brunel University. After graduating he then went on to complete his Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School.
Faisal’s main priority is to understand what the client wants to achieve and to understand their business, business model, business plan and structure. He aims to be viewed as part of the in-house team of his clients, to ensure that he can provide personable, pragmatic, commercial and suitable advice.
