Emily joined our Residential Property team in 2025 as a Senior Associate.
Prior to joining Nockolds, Emily trained at a firm in North London, qualifying as a solicitor in 2012. She later moved to a South London firm where she specialised in residential property. Alongside her legal practice, Emily also taught the Conveyancing module on the CILEx course at the University of Westminster during the 2016–2017 and 2017–2018 academic years.
At Nockolds, Emily advises on a broad range of residential property matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages. She also handles transfers of part and adverse possession claims, working with both registered and unregistered land.
Emily is passionate about making the often stressful process of moving home as smooth and straightforward as possible. She ensures clients are kept informed at every stage and strives to make them feel supported and empowered throughout their transaction.
