At Nockolds, Adam advises a wide range of clients on matters including acquisitions and disposals, commercial leasing, and property finance. His role involves drafting and negotiating contracts and leases, reviewing title documents, and carrying out due diligence to ensure transactions proceed smoothly.
Adam takes a practical, client-focused approach, keeping clients informed throughout and working closely with agents, lenders, and other solicitors to achieve the best outcomes. He is committed to providing clear, straightforward advice tailored to each client’s commercial objectives.
