Abbie joined Nockolds in 2023 as a Trainee Solicitor and qualified as an associate in our Commercial Property team.
She advises on a wide range of matters, including acting for both landlords and tenants, drafting leases and licences, handling the purchase and sale of commercial properties, carrying out due diligence and preparing reports, managing completions, and attending to post-completion formalities such as filing SDLT returns and Land Registry applications.
Abbie is dedicated to keeping clients fully informed at every stage of a transaction and provides clear, practical advice tailored to their needs. She focuses on achieving the best possible outcomes while striving to build long-term professional relationships.
She completed her Legal Practice Course and Masters at BPP University, graduating with Distinction, prior to undertaking her training contract with Nockolds. In her spare time, Abbie is a professional pianist and performs regularly at a variety of events.
