Nockolds HR was appointed by Fordham London to conduct a salary and benefits benchmarking project. Benchmarking supports attraction and retention of talent in a business.

Helen Burrowes and Mia Gaitely, HR Consultants from Nockolds HR, conducted a review against market data and provided a full report outlining the findings and recommendations to support the client’s compensation strategy.
