Recruitment: The recruitment modules create and shares unlimited job vaccines directly through your careers page or internal portals, collect applications via a custom application form that captures CVs and supporting documents. You can track candidates through states of the hiring process – from initial to interview and offer, assign applications to hiring tram members so recruiters and managers can collaborate smoothly.
Health and Safety: This is a new function, come into place this year! This module is designed to help you stay compliant and organised with day-to-day health and safety responsibilities. It can create, store and update risk assessments, log accidents, near misses and other safety issues. The health and safety function can manage roles such as first aiders, fire warders etc, store safety policies and procedure and link safety training and record when employees have read key policies or completed mandatory training.
Expenses: Allowing employees to create an expense and submit it to their approver and they can then track the status of their claims and view their expenses history. If Line Managers have permissions turned on, they can view their people’s previous claims and edit expenses that are approved. Approvers can approve or reject claims.
