On Sunday 22 May 2016, the staff of Nockolds Solicitors will embark on an epic walking challenge starting at their Bishop’s Stortford office and finishing at their London office located at New Broad Street, just outside of London Liverpool Street station.
The team will set off at the crack of dawn and will embark on the 33 mile walk venturing across three counties during the 11 hour hike. The team will make use of the waterways of the River Stort and River Lee to navigate their way to the City. During the hike the team will be supported by a number of volunteers and relay walkers all of whom will be cheering on the team and providing plasters along the way!
The team will be walking for the firm’s three chosen charities, Herts Young Homeless, MacMillan Cancer Support and Thirst Café. Nockolds is dedicated to supporting the local community and is not shy of taking on a challenge. In the past Nockolds has undertaken the Three Peaks Challenge, the notorious Coast to Coast cycle ride and the British Heart Foundation’s London to Paris cycle ride.
Adam Dunkley, a member of Nockolds’ Charity Team commented “We are really excited about taking on the 33 mile challenge; we have walkers of all abilities taking part which is great. None of the team has ever walked 33 miles so it will be an excellent achievement for everyone taking part – and to top it off we already have a celebratory curry booked!”
